Description: Good condition with no damage or crazing. Very few and faint use marks...doesn't look to have been used much. It has a very clean look. There is wear to the gold trim on the lid, but I suspect that's mostly from age. This is a very mysterious piece to me. In design, it copies the style of mid century dishes by American producers, but it is a very heavy piece. It has the weight of restaurantware. Too bad it is unmarked, I'd really be interested to know what company made it. The piece measures about 8.25" in diameter at the top without the side handles and it's about 3 1/8" deep without the lid. Happy buying.
