This pattern features a ivory base with embossed basketweave & swirl patterning with a design of leaves and flowers and was discontinued in the late 1980's. This creamer is of a size to also be great for sauces, gravy or salad dressings. Condition is pre-owned and most likely used but there are no chips, cracks or repairs and I see no surface scratches.
