Description: <~> VINTAGE ~> <~> VINTAGE ~> As far as elves go, it’s a Man’s WORLD, Right? Well this is a 1960’s or possibly earlier 5” pixie elf with a very faded silver sticker on the back reading NAPCO. Her torso, arms and legs are red felt covered wire. Allowing her to bean as needed. Her head / face is a small Styrofoam (?) ball covered in a linen like fabric. Then hand painted details include what the artist has us in the USA as blue eyed people with long lashes ( boy, did I miss that boat!) Her ears are treated as 3D. A smudge of soil ( I guess) across her R eye and nose bridge. I did NOT attempt to clean this up at all. Ship 1st class to save you $$.
