Description: This is an unusual vintage hat. The hat base is (I think) plastic covered in chenille. It looks similar to pipe cleaner type cage. This is covered in silk flowers. The top row appears to be roses and the rest look like cherry blossoms. Two leaves are on top and covers where the netting is attached, which covers the majority if the hat. The cage type hat base opens up and envelops your head. It's absolutely beautiful. A must have to any hat collection. It is in great condition and can be worn. One size. There is some makeup staining on the hat base (see pics). Makeup has been cleaned from flower petals. There's some damage to the netting but it's not really noticeable and it could be replaced. This is a delicate hat. (333) Smoke free and pet friendly.
