Description: Offered is a Vintage Paden City Ruby Flash Covered Pedestal Compote Candy Dish. Although it is called Ruby Flash the coloring is more of a cranberry color. The candy dish is part of Line #555 and was produced in the 1930’s per information gathered. Paden City Glass was in business from 1916 – 1951 and located in Paden City, West Virginia. The compote is in very good condition with no nicks, chips, or cracks. The only issues found were one scratch on the bowl and a few scratches on the foot as seen in the last 2 photos. Measurements are 9” tall x 6 ¾” bowl diameter. 6” tall without lid and 4 1/8” foot diameter. Please review all photos as they are a major part of the description.
