Vintage Patricia Hotel Miami Florida Brochure and Greeting Letter

Description: Vintage advertising brochure and GREETINGS letter from the Patricia Hotel, one of the many well known hotels decades ago in Miami, Florida. I can't find the date when this hotel opened, but I found a photograph of the building taken in 1926. I read the hotel was still open in the 1970's. The hotel closed and the building was demolished in 1978. One of the managers was Roland M. Howell, (1916-2010). I don't know the exact year he bought the Patricia Hotel. Mr. Howell's obituary states that "After World War II, (1939-1945), he owned and operated the Patricia Hotel, the Miami Miramar Hotel, and the Miramar Motel in Miami. He retired in 1969 after selling those hotels." So this brochure and letter would have been published after 1945 and before 1969. Both items are in excellent condition. There are no stains, no rips or wrinkles, no odors of food, tobacco, or perfume. There are no additional creases other than the folding sections. The papers are sturdy, the colors and printing have remained crisp and clear over the years. SOLD AS IS-NO RETURNS Will be mailed with extra cardboard.
