Description: Vintage "Q" Queen Cutlery2 Blade Winterbottom BoneFolding Hunting Knife EXC Fresh from a local estate sale. Main blade marked "Q" "ueen" (cursive) over "STEEL" and the second blade is marked "Q" over "STAINLESS". Scales are Winterbottom Bone and are nicely pocket worn. Main blade is just under 4" long. Has been lightly cleaned to photograph the markings. One scale has a couple little scratches. Both blades are sharp and full, with no wobble. Main blade has strong snap, open and closed. Small blade has a weaker snap, open and closed, than the main. I think a little oil would cure this. Brass liners. The main blade has some pitting above and to the left of the "Q", that obscures the crown somewhat. The main blade has a few tiny nicks near the tip on the cutting edge. Also, the tip has tiniest bit of the point missing. I honestly think this minor tip damage is insignificant and could easily be reshaped when sharpening, if the new owner chooses to do so. I believe this blade cleanup would reduce the overall length of the main blade by not more than 1/16". Knife displays fine as-is. Please see the pictures for the condition of this item.
