Description: You are bidding on a beautiful vintage 1973 Quoizel Abigail Adams hand painted blue flowers decorated hanging Swag - Ceiling Hurricane Lamp/ Light. It has switch - to turn light on and off. It has an original wall plug. Quoizel got its start in 1930 by creating these hurricane style lamps.The white milk glass, glass is decorated with a soft blue floral pattern. The metal base is finished in an antique brass patina. The lamp from metal top to the base is approximately 12” high. The shade on is approximately 8 1/4” tall, 6 3/4” in diameter at the lower opening, approximately 11” in diameter at the widest and 6 1/2”in diameter at the top opening. There is NO chimney.Cable & Chain length is approximately 12’ long Lamp is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is corded- all pieces are original - please check pictures. All items I sell come from the secondary market ( Auctions, Flea Markets, Yard Sales, Private Collection and Thrift Stores) Occasionally I will find something in new condition, but most antique or collectables will have normal expected wear for their age.
