Description: Vintage rare V Sabatier 3-3/8" stainless steel blade paring & peeling knife with a full tang and 3 rivets. The knife was made in France and is 7-5/8" long overall. Richardson Sheffield's V Sabatier knives are design classics which are respected worldwide as the absolute standard for functionality and superior performance. Exceptionally hard wearing with high quality chrome MoV high carbon stainless steel and a full tang, these knives have been expertly made to face any task. The paring knife is in good used condition with some light scratches and some fine cracks on first and third rivets on both sides. These are shown highlighted in the last 2 pictures.
