Description: This is a great piece of history. This fan is from the famous Reisenweber's restaurant at 8th and Columbus Circle in New York. The building is no longer there. In it's heyday back in the 1910's and 20's it was a restaurant that offered it's patrons dancing with Jazz bands. It was the 1st of its kind. With prohibition it had to closed but still operated as a speakeasy. This fan is from there. It's in good shape. Paper fan with wooden sticks. 14" across when open. Take a look at the pictures as they are part of the description.
