Description: YOUR PURCHASE HELPS TO FEED STRAYS!!This is an ORIGINAL VINTAGE, RETRO STYLE COCKTAIL NECKLACE that was made in ITALY during the 1960s. It is stamped NUOVA CAPICA on the snap closure, but I do not know what kind of metal this PLATINUM-TONE necklace is made from. It is a VERY FINE QUALITY and in excellent condition, other than some hairline cracking on the snap. This SNAKE/CENTIPEDE style COLLAR NECKLACE has a bit of stretch and was an original design from the 1940s RETRO PERIOD. The necklace is centrally set with 13 DIAMOND-LIKE RHINESTONES that are OLD MINE SINGLE CUTS that have a .35 - .40 ct spread each. This rhinestone area measures 2.75" across. The necklace is 17.25" long, when laying flat, and the collar part measures 3/8" wide. It measures just over 1/2" wide where the rhinestones are set. GORGEOUS SPARKLE ... FINEST QUALITY ...
