Description: From 1960ss approx Vintage ROLEX Oyster perpetual for women Reference 6618 automatic watch 24mm diameter (not water resistant) reference 6623 with 1161 automatic movement 24mm stainless steel case with a bezel on top, the back with some scratches and wear The watch is working although not perfectly I am not aware of any service history. 24mm case approx without crown with central seconds hand. The hour hands and dial have some marks or stains noticeable in the photos The stainless steel case has some marks and wear. Although preserved for the years of use, The crown is original The Rolex logo beautifully to the watch. The crystal is plastic but has some marks as seen in the picture The dial or face with some marks or stains as seen in the picture.
