Description: Circa 1939, this Roseville Pottery Cosmos vase, shape number 948-7", stands 7" tall and from outside handle to handle is 6.5". Finished in a green underglaze with a touch of blue, cutout top rim, it is decorated with white flowers. In great condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a rub mark on one of the flowers that I have shown in a photo. Marked Roseville U.S.A. 948-7" and the same shape can be found on page 79 in Introducing Roseville Pottery by Mark Bassett.
