Inscribed on the top in Russian KIRIBEEVICH & ALENA DMITRIEVNA KHOLUI (village famous for its lacquer artists) followed by the female artist’s name SULEIMANOVA. The bottom of the box is inscribed MADE IN THE USSR KHOLUI and is decorated with a phoenix. Diameter 1.58 inches, height 1.11 inches.
