This decal is Old Stock in Mint Condition and has been stored flat in a climate controlled storage for years and years. My father was a SNAP ON TOOLS DEALER in Atlanta from 1982 - 2000. He passed last year and I have tons and tons of memorabilia, old stock items, tools, etc. that were just sitting in Rubbermaid totes. I will be listing these from now until probably eternity.
