Description: Absolutely darling vintage Chad Valley English cloth Snow White doll c1938. The doll was made in 1938. She has the most beautiful and unique cloth mask face! Her lovely hair is made of wool yarn. Her dress is made of cotton on the skirt and velvet on the bodice. Please note that the doll does have a few flaws to note. The doll has a few soil marks on her cloth body as well as on her dress. There are two larger soil marks on the back of the skirt. The dress and bodice do how some fading. The front of the skirt is a paler yellow than on the back and the bodice used to be light blue in color and is now cream in color. The bodice still shows a bit of the blue coloring on the back. There are a couple of small holes in the attached sock on one foot. The doll measures 18 1/2" in height.
