In a triangular shape, front of pack has zipper to open with a brass snaffle clasp at bottom front. Bag opens without removing the clasp. Back has a vertical zipper for an additional compartment. Black fabric linings, great shape. Leather shoulder strap adjusts with 3 hole options for a good fit. Bag has nice softened leather from time and use and shows normal wear - some fading at top and corners, a couple ink marks, normal surface dirt, minor wear to brass, a little darkening to leather where brass ring meets the bag.
