Two very rural and small towns, Victory and Granby worked together to put the Festival on with FRIENDS OF VICTORY BOG. The Patch is 4" in diameter and very attractive with a Deer and Rainbow Trout in the middle with multiple bright colors. New Old Stock from several years ago when the Festival was still being held.
