Vintage Watercolor Painting, Maine Lobster Boat In Harbor signed M. Swanson

Description: Wonderful watercolor signed what looks like M. Swanson outside frame measures approx. 16-5/8 X 13-5/8 inches and inside matt measures approx. 11-1/2 X 7-1/2 inches I believe this to be done in late 60's early 70s What's wrong with it? Painting is in pretty good condition some - Looks like matt may have been changed some minor spots on it see pics, frame has minor nicks, chips, dents, and dings and corners are loose and needs a good cleaning as well.
