Power cord is 6-feet long with a nonpolarized plug. There are three screw holes on the base for mounting and has an ON/OFF switch. The fan cage has a lever for tilting. Measures 16" high x 13" diameter cage with 12" fan blades. Base is 8" x 6-1/2". Weighs 8 pounds unpackaged. The fan works. There are scuffs, scratch marks, paint and finish loss noted. The felt on the bottom of the base is worn. Being sold "AS IS."
