Description: This is A very cool piece of zippo history. A great addition to anyone’s collection. It is a 1947. ZIPPO lighter with a case constructed of nickel instead of the standard brass. This lighter was made during the war when brass supply was low. Unfortunately the original 3 barrel hinge was replaced at some point and it now has a 5 barrel hinge. The original insert was also replaced for a newer one from 2013. Case has scratches and a few small dents. Check photos for condition. And ask any questions.
