Front number may not be original. This was a Barn find. This is how it was, when purchased. I'm not an expert on these toys. Wheels roll just fine. Rubber is old and hard. Turns just as it's supposed to. Not sure about all the welded areas, I'm assuming it was added for some reason. Still shows nicely! Has Age Appropriate wear. Dings, nicks, dents, scratches.
