This is a very very rare version of the Proclamation of the September 11th Attacks , it is actually printed on Pres. George W Bush's personal Presidential stationery very few were issued. The Presidential stationery bears an embossed Presidential Seal with the words The White House Washington DC slightly raised. It also bears the correct watermark for official Presidential stationery. I have included pictures of the back of the stationery showing the embossed seal, wording, and watermark, for those of you familiar with authentic Presidential stationery. This was obtained from a former presidential staff member working in the office of presidential advance during the George W Bush administration. The signature of George W Bush is printed. Not a hand signature. Very rare piece.
