Description: Never used, this is a paper writing or note pad school tablet advertising King Syrup, "For That After School Appetite-King Syrup on Bread", measuring 8 3/8" x 6 7/8", with a heavy paper front and back cover and approx 60 sides of lined paper. Undated, but based upon the image of the King Syrup tin can and that the maker of the tin is Mangels Herold Co, Baltimore, my guess is that this is from the 1920's. Interior paper is better quality paper than you normally see in a book like this and the covers are also of better quality paper. The back cover has "Useful Information". Brown tape at the left side binds the covers and interior pages. Condition is outstanding-I have no problems to point out. From a pet free and smoke free home-the tablet has no odor. Only one like it on ebay although there is one from the same time period with a different cover and at a MUCH higher price.
