Description: This is a vintage Canadian Whiskey decanter 'The Windsor Guardsman Salutes America's Bicentennial Anniversary'. It stands 19.5" with the hat on. With hat off the bottle is 17.5" tall. The bottle is in great vintage condition with no chips or cracks but there is a small spot on one drum that looks chipped but it has the finish on it and it’s smooth. I took a close up pix of it. Comes with little booklet. The cork is in two parts, half in the hat and the other in the bottle. See pix for details.
