The delicate lace is creamy nylon and is tiered with 3 rows of shirred and gathered fine cotton. It was made by Colony Club. It has an elastic waist. The cotton underskirt is an A line shape. The over skirt is a circle shape. So pretty! CONDITION: Very Good Vintage Condition. Light stain on underskirt. Turquoise spot on lower back. Light marks at waistband --see pictures.
