Description: This is a TALL 12 5/8" tall glass pitcher, perhaps made for Blendo for West Virginia Glass Co. It features the cranberry fade and a gold ring near the top. It is NOT frosted, like other Blendo sets out there. The color is transparent, although deeper at the base and fading in an ombre style toward the top. As seen in the photos, there is a peach-ish band where it transitions to clear. There are no chips in this beautiful piece! The gold ring has some wear to it which is most visible when you hold it up to light. Most of the other similar pitchers I have found out there are shorter than this one. This one is 12 5/8" tall!!!! But quite narrow, making it an elegant shape. I'm sure it was once part of a set with some cranberry fade tumblers. A lovely piece that looks stunning when back lit!
