The griddle’s floor (cooking surface) measures 12” in diameter. The raised 1 ½” lip extends the overall diameter to 15” (or 16 “ when handles are included). The stainless steel surface is clean with minimal signs of wear and use, just some minor surface scratches. Made of heavy grade stainless steel, the griddle weighs close to 6 1/2 lbs. The “Cuisinart” mark is on bottom and although the rest is not legible, my research points to the model DCL-7 PRO from approx. 1983.
