Description: I was told this was French, marked 3501. I have had this for several years and it has been in storage. When I picked it up the "flutter" started spinning along with some gears and it started chiming. The chime is very soft. I am not sure if the time was moving and if this is missing parts. I am selling as is for parts or repairs. The face is porcelain and it is 4 1/4" across the outside bezel.
