Description: Mid-century Friedman Brothers oval neoclassical giltwood wall mirror from their Historic Charleston collection. This is a mid-century reproduction of the famous 18th C. British neoclassical architect Robert Adam's design. Handmade in true neoclassical fashion with a very intricate design of an urn surrounded by elaborately cascading flowers, leaves and drapes. Bottom features a finial center drop with swags and drapes, while the gilt wood frame is light and airy. 20ʺW × 3.5ʺD × 38ʺH Mirror itself measures 19.75"H x 13.5"W Made in the US by Friedman Brothers, mid 20th century Great vintage condition, with just a couple of chips on the back (see photos). Some hairline cracks appear but as stated on the original back label those are expected to develop and should not construed as a defect. Mirror itself in excellent condition, no flaws. This is a vintage, found item and may contain imperfections from years of wear. These imperfections are not considered defective.
