We have not way to test this and not knowledgeable in trains.We did notice the horns that go on top of this train (shown on the instructions) are not in the box.So we can say, what you see is what is in the box, there are no small parts if any should be with this piece. Sold as-is. This was part of my uncle’s collection,We are listing this as used but do not know if it really was used or maybe on display. PLEASE see photos. Photos are a huge part of our description.
