Description: This vintage set of mechanical pencils, pens and assorted lead refills include brands such as Pentel, Cross, Welsharp, and Scripto. Most of the lead diameter is 0.5 mm and the lead grade is HB. The pencils are made from materials such as chrome, gold, celluloid, and steel. These drafting pencils are perfect for collectors or anyone looking for a unique writing experience. They feature a lot of exciting features and were made in Japan. Don't miss out on this opportunity to add a piece of history to your collection. This was an estate sale lot from a military engineer stationed in overseas in the 50s. I have no idea what that military stamp is on the pen. It’s in pretty rough shape and doesn’t work. The 2 celluloid pens do not work. Some refills have more lead than others but each tube does have lead in it. I did not count each tube but of the ones I did count they averaged around 8 pieces. I used each of the pens and pencil and the eraser on it to show the condition and wear. Most of the erasers work but you can see in the first smile where I erased the last 2 letters and I did not blow away the eraser crumbs. The matte black cross pencil is in the worst shape out of all but they all have scratches. I didn’t do any extra cleaning on them. One of the pens doesn’t have an ink refill and I did not test it with the other ink. Please see pics for condition and wear. Reach out if you have any questions. Smoke free home.
