Description: The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for an original impressionism painting, oil on canvas of maybe artist M. Di Leo. The artist has a black marker signature name printed on backside Di Leo. Signature on front left side corner of painting M. D.. that may be an I Leo. The painting is an old building with steps, palm trees, umbrellas and flowers. I have seen her work depciting Naples, Itly; cannot say what this one depicts. The painting appears old; no frame, dusty, soiling. Some creckling in paint on canvas; nothing cracked or peeled. Painting would look great n a fancy frame. Could have age soiling. This is an AS IS sale. Fine crackling in front areas where flowers, plant life and bushes are on both sides. Some front border edges are unfinished, like top area and bottom lift and right corners. The backside, there are nails probably for hanger wire, the canvas backside, diry and age staining. Four small holes on wood frame at top middle. Sting on hail holes somebody had for hanging. The canvas sides can be uneven when looking. A quaint painting, regardless. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant.
