Description: VTG Sterling Band Ring 3 Turquoise Stones Size 11 Leaf Applique Navajo B. Begaye Here's a lighter weight, but larger-sized ring with a lot of classic Native American design elements. The band is tapered from top to bottom. The ring "face" shows off three beautiful turquoise cabochons in serrated bezels. The finish on each stone is fantastic: the outer stones are domed while the middle stone has a little bit of a nugget finish. Silver dots separate the stones and twisted silver wire provides additional accents, as does hand stamp work along the ring's edges. Finally, two silver leaves (that are hand made) are appliqued on both sides of the ring. The ring is a size 11. The band width tapers from 5/8" to 1/4". The middle turquoise stone is about 1/4" by 3/16". It weighs 6.5 g. The artist's hallmark is "Dine Begaye 925" whom the prior store owner indicated as Beth Begaye, a Navajo silversmith.
