I think this is originally a keychain, but it was being used as a pendant when I acquired it. It measures approx 1-15/16 inch tall and 1-3/16 inch across. Just the enamel heart measures approx 1 inch tall and ⅞ inch across. It has normal light surface wear and tarnish - I can see a surface scratch in the clear coat of the enamel under magnification on the bottom. It weighs 11.7 grams.
