This is the Black Label version. Game has been tested and works. Disc in fairly good condition with some marks (see photos). Artwork is significantly frayed along the top and worn, with significant water damage, bumpy texture, plus stains and signs of yellowing on the reverse side (see photos). Dented and bumpy areas also present, as well as edge wear, especially along the top (see photos). Corner and spine wear (see photos). Case features wear, including marks (see photos). No manual.
