This book is the catalog of a Washington exhibit of several East Coast USA architectural firms, and their recent, 1908 projects. This book has illustrations of architecture projects in progress -- not the completed buildings. It has several DC building projects, but it has only a couple drawings per building. For Washington DC, it has: Washington Cathedral, several residences, Smithsonian Natural History Museum, Pan American Union Bldg, Walter Reed Hospital, Freedman's Hospital, French Embassy, Norway Embassy, and Union Trust Bldg. It also lists the names of members of the architecture club, displays drawings and descriptions of many of their then-current works, indexes the 1908 Exhibition at the Corcoran Museum, includes photos of buildings and club-members, and includes ads from numerous pertinent architectural advertisers.
