Description: This is an Easton Press edition of "Washington Square." written by Henry James published in 1971. The leather cover is a lovely cornflower blue color (a bit lighter than photographed) with lovely gold embossed details and it has a nice smell. It is a hardback book measuring 7x9.75". 204 pages. The gold bookmark is attached and tucked inside. The edges of the pages are gold. The bookplate is inside loose, not attached. It is probably no longer sticky due to the age. I think I was the first person to open this book, as the binding is quite stiff. There is some minor edge and corner wear from being on the shelf. There are lovely illustrations by Lawrence Beall Smith. No writing inside, no ripped or missing pages, no dog-eared corners. Just a gorgeous edition of this Henry James novel.
