Description: Purchased from an estate sale. I don't know anything about this machine. When you flip the switch on, the motor hums and the little meter jumps to 5-10, and you get a very small amount of suction. The meter is upside down and the glass for the meter is missing. Item is attached to a board which I will either include or not depending on what you want. Item has some dirt and grime. Since I don't know anything about it I'm selling as is, make me an offer.
