Before installing, disconnect the washer and wear work gloves to protect your hands. Remove 2 screws at the back of the lid. Slide the lid towards the rear about 1 inch. Lift lid off. Unscrew the 2 screws, hold assembly from inside while undoing the last screw, don't want it to fall to the bottom. Remove old one, put new one in.
