Designed by the artist Leeann Snyder. In WONDERFUL condition for its age! I did not see any major flaws. It is a handmade and vintage figure. There may be small needle marks on the bottom of the bear's paws (this is normal for miniature collector bears). The original display case does have small scuffs and light scratches present.
