While "Hey" coin amulets are not rare, it is quite scarce to find one where the owner's name is known, and if it is, it's usually just a first name. Not only is the owners full name known here, this was a jewish man who carried this on him in battle, literally to protect him. As a piece of amuletic Judaica, it's a remarkable, truly unique example.
