Plumb for service during World War II. This grouping includes the certificate auto-pen signed by President Reagan and an original photograph of Captain Charles S. Plumb in his Army Air Corps uniform. The certificate measures 8"x10". The photo appears to be rough cut to fit into a frame, and measures about 9x7". The back of the photo has some writing, probably by the photographer, and names "Mrs. Plumb". The front is signed by the photographer (looks like Ruth Costala). Condition is very good - minor wear, wrinkles, fading from age and handling. Slight corner wear. Displays nicely and would be fun to research!
