Description: Rare Roaring Twenties humorous license plate made in Hope, Arkansas. Original paper advertising envelope is partially stuck on the front of the plate. NOS (new old stock) never used plate. Incredible 97 year old local plate with paper cover. Few if any if these remain. A superb example. SIZE: 10 1/4" x 5 1/4" CONDITION: Overall excellent with minor aging and wear. It is possible that the envelope could be soaked off to reveal the plate, but that decision will be left to the new owner. As-is. Please use photos and description to determine condition.
