This Dock House and Dock KIT is a representation of many small fish, crab and lobster style dockside markets found along the coast and shorelines. The Kit includes 2 different awnings, one that is striped and says Seafood Market on it and a second one that is striped with no lettering so that you can use just the building separately as a roadside stand and the dock used as a fishing pier. The size of the dock (with access ramp) is about 4 1/2" x 2 1/12" and stands about 1/2" above the "water". The building is about 1 1/2" x 1" x 1" making the overall height about 1 3/4". Kayaks, boats and kayaker are NOT included with the kit. Proudly made in the USA!
